My macbook pro needs to reboot, when i open it and it is connected to the adapter (power)

My mac needs to reboot itself (partly grey screen with blocks to fill up) when its connected to adapter, even when the battery didn't reached zero the previous time. The battery stays around 100% but every time when I open my mac, it reacts if lile it whent below zero. This is my second mac and my firts didn't react this way..

(I ordered my mac from the macstore, but when I got it, there weren't any papers (or bill) included that proved I bought the mac, so I'm afraid that I can't prove I bought my mac within the pas year - for the garantie)

Thanks in advance for any helpfull answer.

Hi there

It sounds like your machine is failing after you use your battery. It sounds like you want to resume your OS session but you must power-off and power-on firstly. This has happened suddenly after some time of normal use. The problem involves system freezing. Although, you said that your battery is charging to 100%.

The failures occur when power is required. When you resume from standby, for example. The lack of power causes a system failure in OS X. And this leads to system freezing.

The power cuts out (1) because the battery has a problem, or (2) the power adapter has a problem.
