I was trying to change my iphone 4s 's password when i accidentily hit a wrong button, then the password saved and now i dont no what it is. i tried to restore the phone with itunes but i didn't work if you can solve this problem please do reply your help is appreciated.

You cannot retrieve it.
Do as the manual says to do and restore your iphone
The ONLY way out is to Restore your phone. If you restore on the same computer it last synced to it will retain your content as of the last backup and remove the passcode. If it isn't the same computer, or you never backed up to a computer, you will have to restore using Recovery mode and will lose your content. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
What if you iPhone is back up from icloud ?
You must restore it as New, then go to Settings/General/Reset - Erase all content and settings. You will then be prompted to restore from iCloud.
