pages will not open pages doc

Not knowing the content of the document I would say open it in Pages 4.3. Pages is stripped of a LOT of features that messes up documents created in earlier versions of Pages. Oly use Pages 5.0 for communication over the iCloud but serious use of Pages is better to use Pages 4.3. She should have it in the Applications/ iWork 09 folder. Any older document saved in Pages 5.0 needs to be Exported to Pages 09.

You boss should read some of the last few weeks thread in this forum. She will learn a lot!

Quick question about the Pages 5.0 versus Pages 09. She did the latest update and I thought that was the 5.0 versions.

In Applications there is no iWork 09.?

Use Spotlight, the magnifying glass top right on the Toolbar to search for "Pages" and see what you get.

If you get more than one, click on Show in Folder at the top of the list to find where is what.
