the awkward moment when the Genuis Bar damages your motherboard

i went to the apple store in paris.i wanted to buy a macbook with an english keyboard instead of french.

i did the payment. they told me to pick it up when they replace the keyboard.

when i picked it up some keys werent working ( zxcvbnm to be exact)

so i returned it. they fixed it.

the problem reoccured. i took it to the Genuis bar again.

they returned it but this time my computer started crashing. like , literally everytime i steam Youtube or watch movies on iTunes. crash! sounds repeat,no screen or weird ones. i either have to turn it off manually and restart. or sometimes it restarts itself

so what should i do now?

It just feels really sad to pay for something they done to my computer. it was working fine before.

Thank you for your comments

Regards!
