AirPlay on generation 2

Question

AirPlay on generation 2

Seem to have lost airplay icon what setting do I need to get it going again.it was there seems to have gone what did I switch off

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.2

The AirPlay icon will appear automatically on the apps that support AirPlay when the iPad detects an Apple TV. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4437

It had been working a few weeks ago not able to see it.have I upset something in my settings

Yes I have used Apple TV on this device before,trying things like photos and teach everything which have had airplay before.just seems to have disappeared.

Thanks it must be a simply setting
