My new ipod touch 4g's camera pictures are significantly worse then my old ipod touch 4g's photos. Any suggestions?

Is the lens clean?
Are you using the same lighting conditions for the two iPods? At less than optimum light the phtos from ther 4G are poor.
If concerned make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
