1130 battery cycles?

hey guys.

I think i got this macbook around 3 years ago.

i have just checked the battery cycle and it is up to 1130 battery cycles.

right now at 100% charged, the macbook says there is 3:20 hours remaining

do you think it's time for a change?

if I change the battery how long would a full 100% charged battery last? and around how much would the new battery be?
