I have Iphone 4 IOS 6.0.1 but i don't have the Cellular Data Network

Is there a SIM card in the phone? Has it been activated with a carrier?

me too, i have the same problem too. Can't find "Cellular Data Network". The purpose that i wanna open this is to do APN setup for MMS setting... now if i wanna send MMS, i have to use "Whatsapp". But... problem is...i can't send MMS to normal phone (not Smart Phone)

I restored my iphone 3g. Later there is no sim card network. I install a sim card but there's still "no service" What can i do?
