How to correct "This answered my question" when clicked by error
I accidently clicked the button "This answered my question" when in fact it did not.
Is there an edit button to UNDO this?
iMac (20-inch Early 2009), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Sorry, not possible!
Make a post in the thread in question to indicate that your problem is not yet solved.
Maybe better to start another post. The green "Solved" indicator will still decorate the original post and maybe deter others. I know this is not the way it should be but some do think that way.
I tend to agree with Kent if there is no other way to UNDO a Green "Solved" indicator, for why would anyone bother continuing to provide solutions if claimed to be SOLVED.
Have a Great Year Klaus and Kent!
Merci beaucoup!
I tend to disregard the advice of a man who lives near a castle and makes no effort to live in it (coming from one who lives nowhere near a castle) ... 😝
Steve, my friend,
You have no idea how I've struggled to raise a motgage .... but I'm a pensioner, as my user name suggests.
But age equals experience ... hence the value of the advice (as the young guy here seems to have worked out). 🙂
Thanks for the star and recognition. Happy New Year to you too, FrancooctarienOttawa.
Keep up the good work 71.
Experience is always an asset.
Thanks!
I was joking a little, but he does help much.
Sorry to have been a distraction.
And thank you for your kind words, Steve. Your contributions are never a distraction.
Which fan club do I sign up for? 😁
I am already enrolled in your fan-club.
Me too. In the twenties they would have called it a mutual admiration society .
😊 Aww shucks, thanks, but stop it already - or I may fall off and you wouldn't want to be responsible for any injuries as I'm not getting any younger either.....
Edit: But I'm not old enough to know what the twenties were like!
