Its been a Month i bought iPhone 5 everything was fine but yesterday its keyboard shortcuts stopped working after that i reset all keyboard settings they started working again but now they have stopped working again and i am having IOS 6.0.2 version on my iPhone

I have been having this problem too, most often in SMS.
I have been exiting the app and going back in to get ti to work again, but that's not a real fix.
If someone has a real solution that would be great.
A lot of people seem to be having this problem, including myself. This works for me: hold the lock button on the top of your phone and power your phone completely off. Then turn it back on. Your shortcuts should be working again, but that's only a temporary fix. Until Apple fixes this bug in an update, we'll just have to deal. Hope this helps!
