iPod won't turn on and stuck on restore

Hi! I have a problem with my iPod 4th gen 8gb. It won't turn on for a long time. And then, today I connect it with my iTunes on my new laptop. iTunes detected it! And then it says that my iPod is in recovery mode (but i couldn't see anything in my iPod screen) and I should restore. So i restored my iPod touch. When restoring, it stuck on "Waiting for iPod". My iPod screen is actually turn on, but the progress bar stuck with nothing in it.

Can anybody please help me?? I really need this!!
