Codes appears and computer shut down during start up session.
Hi,
First of all I want to say that I'm not good at English at all, as I'm a Swedish studen who just studied English for about 4 years. So please have some forbearance.
After I installed a update for my "Microsoft Office 2011 Home & Student Mac" a file appeared on my desktop. I couldn't delete it and when I tried to open it did nothing happend. Then I realized that it was bad... 😉
About one day later I got a mail from Google. It said that someone had tried to loging in to my account but they stoped it because they thought it was a hacker. Then I understand something was really bad..!
Now I have a problem when my computer starts. After I've typed in my password the Apple Logo appears. It stays for about 5 sec, while it loading. After that half of my screen fills up with strange codes who stays for 1-2 sec. Then my computer shuts down. When I press the startbutton again a white screen appears and a text in the middle that says my computer shut down after an error. After that I can login and send them information about the shutdown.
BUT, it don't happen everytime I start my computer, just some times.
It look like this:
Does anyone know somthing about this problem?!
Sincerely,
Erik
