Almost 2 months ago i watch ipod touch 5's official video and i saw a app which is clumsy ninja and i thought i came with ipod touch. After i bought one and it isn't in ipod touch. More over it isn't in apple store could you pls inform me when this app will ready to download ?

Since when we waited too long. We saw the app in the video while used by someone. Could you pls gave us exact time like in one month ?
If everything else fails, you might try contacting the developer (which is not Apple).
I contacted the developer who was quite discreet about specific information but finally said about the release of Cumsy Ninja on iOS: "we (Natural Motion Games) have no information on the release or production of this game that we wish to announce as of yet"
