I can't play YouTube videos. I can't sign on to the Citibank app. The solitaire app is now much slower. I am using an iPad mini wifi. I don't have these problems on my original iPad 1.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

Thank you. This helped with YouTube videos and solitaire. I still can't sign in to Citibank on the iPad mini, but I can on the original iPad and on my PC.
Try deleting the app and re-installing.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the Citibank app twice. The second time I also reset the iPad. I still can't sign in.
What happens exactly when you attempt to sign in? And does CitiBank require a specific device registration?
After a while of seeing "Please Wait" with a whirling wheel, I get the message: "We're sorry. We are having temporary delays, please try again later." Trying again on the original iPad and the PC works every time. The iPad mini doesn't ever work.
That sounds like a server generated message. You might try contacting CitiBank.
I think I'll just delete the app. I can sign on to Citibank through Safari just fine on my iPad mini. Thanks for your help.
