Anyone using the Dropbox app?
Since the last update recently the font size in text files has becomer almost unreadable. Here's an example:
I've emailed Dropbox Support but no reply yet. Anyone else getting same?

Thanks. I agree that closing the LH pane improves readability, but from TXT files I still think it's too small. As a separate issue, when I made these tests yesterday before posting I did try that, but with this result:
The same happened again today at first. But I then tried a soft reset of my iPad and that seems to have fixed whatever glitch caused that problem. The same file now looks like this:
Although better, IMO this is still unsatisfactorily small in a large file (before the further degradation caused by the scaling process used in this forum).
BTW, your example was of text from a DOC file, not a text file, which my tests indicate renders larger and clearer. Obviously it will depend on font type, size and style, but it's always better than from a text file.

A little small when viewing a txt file? Yeah. Unreadable? I wouldn't say that. And doesn't look any smaller thatn before the previous update to me. But I could be wrong.
Tap the left point arrow control in the tool bar to close the Setting panel. It increased the size of the text as the available window becomes wider.
I'll stick to my description thanks. You'd be happy to read a closely spaced full page of that then?
And I wouldn't be raising it if it wasn't significantly smaller than before.

You should retract the left column when text are too small.

Was just passing through, searching for "how to adjust display type size in iPad Dropbox app," and came upon this thread.
Thanks to those who suggested "hiding the sidebar" – that does make it a little better.
Mainly though, I just want to confirm the LEGITIMACY of Terry's gripe: THAT TEXT IS COMICALLY TOO TINY. FULL STOP.

It's just ridiculous. So good job for taking the effort to post some screenshots of that mess, Terry P.
(Disclaimer: I know this is not the dropbox support forum, and I do happen to be a subscriber to the $99/year Dropbox plan (currently syncing about 60 GB between two MacBooks :-) AND I regularly use 10 – 15 apps that utilize Dropbox sync)
