itunes match playlist

Same problem here! Playlists and album art gone...iphone 5, 6.0.2. Really annoying :(

It's oddly reassurring though to see that the problem is affecting everybody, at least there is a chance it will be fixed.

Same here. After reactivating iTunes Match, playlist are no more synch on my iOS devices. And we are paying for a service that doesn't work.

same problem on ipad, pih 4s. ios 6.0.1. playlist in the cloud missing, album artworks missing. what's up apple. fix this. i paid !

Same problem here we have it on all our iPhones 5 ios 602on our iPads ios6

Same issue going on here. iTunes Match is not updating on any of my devices. Hopefully we will see a fix by the weekend!

Its a big issue! And we PAY for that!!! It´s not free!

The sad thing is that I also use Google Music and an app from the App store, total cost approx £2 and it is working fine.

I having the same problem. It stared Tuesday. I had to restore my phone then it worked until yesterday. My new playlist should of automatically been in the itunes match for my ipod app to play my playlist. My dance class had to wait for me to make a new playlist. I was prepared but the Itunes match was not. Last night I spent several hours turning Itunes match on an off and restoring the phone. Still no playlist appear when Itunes match is enabled. I have to have my playlists on my phone ready to go. That what I pay for isn't?? Having MY music at my useage at anytime. UGh I hate this phone!!!

Fwiw, don't blame the phone for this. The issue is with iTunes Match, a separate service sold by Apple. iOS works well, and iPhones work well. This independent service is not working well. There are alternatives to iTunes Match that would probably provide the features you need.

I am experiencing the same issue. I tried all suggestions but playlists are still not syncing. I have contacted Apple. I'll post their response when I get it.

No problem with my Macbook´s

I'm having the exact same problem, so frustrating! All playlists on my iPhone 5 are gone as well as album artwork. Workarounds have not work. Please fix it soon!
