itunes match playlist

I recently turned off the itunes match on my iphone (big mistake) now when I re-activate the itunes match the play the playlist that i have in the itunes match account do not show up on the phone. I have tried to delete the music from the usage menu, turn off and on several times and still no playlist. Does anyone have a solution to making this work? Iphone5 IOS 6.0.1.

I finally fixed this bug with my itunes match and want to share it with everyone. I updated to iOS7 on my iPhone 4 and the playlists were all showing as empty or with only a few songs. Tried pretty much everything - hard resets and turning on/off itunes match. Finally I turned off iTunes Match on both the iTunes on my PC and also on the iPhone. Did a hard reset to the phone. Logged out of both (Apple user ID). Logged back in again. Connected the phone via the USB to the PC and then turned match on again inside iTunes on the PC. And then turned it on again on the iPhone. Bingo!! I can now see all my music again :-)))))))

I'm in the same boat! all my playlists dissappeared instantly the second I turned on Match on my iPhone. They are totally gone. Only answer I have come close to finding is that they only sync through Match if they meet "certain criteria"..BUT NOBODY KNOWS OR SHARES WHAT THAT CRITERIA IS!!! And there is no warning that you are about to lose all your playlists just by turning on Match...it's been 3 hours since I turned it on and I've spent the whole three hours here trying to figure out what a huge mistake I just made and if there is any way to salvage it!!!

But my playlists already totally disapeared the instat I toggled Match "On" on my iPhone. I can't find them anywhere. Not sure how to restore them and get them back to try the folder approach. I am on iCloud and this only happened 3hrs ago...maybe turn off Match and try to resync to the Cloud? See if they comeback? HELP!

Also can't distingush what music is uploaded "safely" so I can delete it off my iPhone....the only reason I did this to begin with was to free up the 11.5G of music on my phone! But I don't know what is uploaded and what can't be uploaded so I have no idea what is safe to delet off the phone...AHHHHH!!!! I have a few posted questions...need help on all aspects of this disaster!
