Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hello everyone,
I'm facing a frustrated problem.
After updated my iphone 4 (GSM) from 5.1.1 to 6.0.1, It appeared "Activation Error- Activation request could not be completed. If the problem persists, please contact customer care.", And my itunes said some kind of that.
What should I do?

Your phone might have been illegally unlocked and when you updated it relocked the phone. If it was hacked then no one here can help you.
I don't think It have been unlocked, because I think it's GSM which doesn't need to.
Or you mean jailbreak?

My account was stolen/hacked, i did have 71,000 points, level 9, but i can't get back on it.
Im sorry for this dissapointing matter,
Im sure if you take it to Apple Or your nearest carrier shop, they will give you the best support, but Non-Official Staff, Cannot be garunteed to FULLY awnser your questions.
