Why FCP X keeps lagging every 12-14 minutes

Every 12-14 minutes, everything becomes laggy. I see all my processor go through the roof for 4-5 secondes, then cooldown then up to the roof for another 4-5 sec it's it's done for another 12-14 minutes.

I see that everytime it happens, this Process Group appears: BlurayPublishingServer.

It is really annoying to work in these conditions. I need to stop my work, sit back and wait for 15-20 sec every 12 minutes.... believe me, 12 minutes is not long at all and it gets so frustrating.

I'm starting to think that it's the *auto-save* of FCP X that is the cause of this since it's the only thing i can think of that happens on regular basis (every 15min it says)

What can be done to prevent this from happening?

I have a MacPro Mid2010 with 20Go RAM, running "OS 10.6.8" and "FCP X 10.0.7"
