what to do when downloaded music is corrupted?

I bought Eric Clapton's Tears in Heaven through itunes. It plays well, except that in the middle of the song there is a recording of another song. It lasts perhaps a second or two, but i wanted to know what to do in these situations. Does Itunes return the purchase or something like that?
