Apple consider customers ideas about new applets?
How can we share new ideas ?
Are there any department in apple for this kind of issues?

A quick search of apple.com found that link.
Bottom line: You can submit an idea to Apple but you will never get any credit nor compensation if it is used.
Kind of one-sided I think.
If it's such a great idea, why not develop it yourself?
