Facetime

When I ask Siri to make a Facetime call to my sister who is in my contacts, it tells me I need to set up an account, which I have already done. When I go to facetime in settings I enter my details and it tells me it is verifying but then goes back to entering my email and password. I have tried the troubleshooting web pages but this doesn't help!! Any ideas?

Does your sister have an Apple device? Has she set up Facetime?
