Source for secure FTP for iWeb?

Here's how I do SFTP with iWeb on my iMac (pictures included) :

I use CyberDuck. I publish my site to a folder then use CyberDuck to upload it to my Host.

Note that "Web Sharing" is no longer an option when using Mountain Lion. See the bottom of this page...
