I want to connect vpn but there is no vpn in my ipad network settings
The only idea i have ... i the iPad new ? jailbroken by the last owner ? I never used Cyndia for jailbroken iOS but heard some rumors about trouble with vpn settings switches and Cyndia - may you need to reinstall iOS.
what kind of iPad you use and wich iOS release ?
Try using Settings -> General -> VPN -> Add Configuration to setup your VPN.
I use ipad 3 wi-fi cellular 32gb
When i go to settings and general to add configuration or setup vpn,there is no vpn!!!
Depending on where you live VPN may be banned in your country.

@ hossein: do you see the VPN switch ? Normally there is no VPN configured, until you do that, but the ability to configure a VPN is hidden ? I can't believe that.
Yes I have Settings -> General -> VPN -> Add Configuration on my iPad with iOS 6.0.1.
You have never said what iOS level you are using. That, of course, makes a difference.

My ios version is 5.1.1
Under iOS 5.1.1 you configure VPN under:
Settings > General > Network > VPN > Add VPN Configuration.
Settings>general>network>no vpn
If you don't have VPN it may have been blocked in your country which is what?

Mu uncle live in iran too and he has same ipad and he can connect to vpn
So there is no matter where i live
The fact that Iran has outlawed the use of VPN might have something to do with it.
