Step required to replace a failed Xraid drive
I have replace a failed 250gb drive on our existing Xraid unit. The drive now shows up (yellow light) and array is "DEGRADED" what is my next step?

Where did you get the replacement drive from?
You may need to use Raid Admin to scrub the disk and make it available for use (Select the array -> Utilities)

I needed to use raid admin -> than utilites to make drive available -> rebuild started automatically
