unable to make in-app purchases need help

Trying to make a purchase in Clash of Clans. Had been able to now it has been a week and I am unable to.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.2, Clash of Clans

Same exact issue but my problem began yesterday... I was able to complete in-app purchases for any app (including Clash of Clans) prior and now told to contact the itunes store support to complete the purchase (which I did but nothing out of them yet). I am still able to purchase anything from itunes (apps, movies, books, etc.) but just NO IN-APP PURCHASES.

WIthin the last week I received a new iphone5 and set up itunes. I too am having the same problem making in-app purchases. After contacting itunes support, they told me that I was in violation on their terms and conditions but would not tell me what that violation was. After pouring over their document, I am at a complete loss as to why I am in violation. I can download and update free apps though. Any thoughts?

Same problem here. Seemed to coincide with changing my payment details although it worked fine after a week of not being able to buy gems. Now same error again for past 3 days (purchase could not be completed - contact itunes support - Clash of Clans) on IPad Retina.. No response from Itunes support in 3 weeks or so. Can buy from Itunes store and some IAP's are intermittently successful on same appleID.

I'm having the SAME problem and its ticking me off because I spent all night trying to figure out my credit cards expiration date, I know i feel dumb but I didnt put the date that was on the card I was just setting it for a year. So i got it at 8:01 am this morning and it has not been letting me do IAPs in COC either!!!!!! I deleted and redownloaded same thing so iti is definatley an Itunes/Apple thing.😟User uploaded file
