unable to make in-app purchases need help

Still doesn't work..

Tried it monday but even then i got the error. Today i verified my e-mail and added a second one. Didn't help either.

Tried to log off and on on my iphone 5, still nothing.

I thought I was the only one having this kind of problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? supercell? apple? anyone? 😟

If u have a jailbroken iPhone do know with the evasion jailbrake with ios 6.1 it doesn't let u do the ota update and it messes with the iap. Like if u have the LocalApStore repo or iAPfree it doesn't allow iap with some games. So it's the jailbrake not apple or anyone else

WIthin the last week I received a new iphone5 and set up itunes. I too am having the same problem making in-app purchases. After contacting itunes support, they told me that I was in violation on their terms and conditions but would not tell me what that violation was. After pouring over their document, I am at a complete loss as to why I am in violation. I can download and update free apps though. Any thoughts?

Same problem here. Seemed to coincide with changing my payment details although it worked fine after a week of not being able to buy gems. Now same error again for past 3 days (purchase could not be completed - contact itunes support - Clash of Clans) on IPad Retina.. No response from Itunes support in 3 weeks or so. Can buy from Itunes store and some IAP's are intermittently successful on same appleID.

Went on live chat, had it sorted within 10 minutes. Can be up to 30 mins for the fix to replicate over the system but I tried it after 10 and bought way too many gems 😀

Me too and it is very very frustrating!! because they make you think you are wrong violating the terms or something although they doesn't tell you IF and what are you violating the terms and conditions... That makes me think why i CAN buy an album from iTunes from my credits and CAN'T buy an in App item on my favorite game??!!!

I'm having the SAME problem and its ticking me off because I spent all night trying to figure out my credit cards expiration date, I know i feel dumb but I didnt put the date that was on the card I was just setting it for a year. So i got it at 8:01 am this morning and it has not been letting me do IAPs in COC either!!!!!! I deleted and redownloaded same thing so iti is definatley an Itunes/Apple thing.😟

btw sislerzz, where are you residing? I am from the Philippines and recently bought US iTunes gift card and loaded it to my US account (I used a fake billing info). Apparently Apple detects my location through my ISP. I think this violates their terms & conditions. I want to hear your thoughts. Hope to hear from you soon.
