Obviously nobody on here can 'correct' it, if the purchase shows on your iTunes account's purchase history change the account's password and contact iTunes Support via the emailed receipt or your purchase history

We are fellow users, these are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple nor iTunes Support on here.

Have you checked your account's purchase history (and family members if you are a family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

If there is a purchase on it that you didn't buy, and if nobody else has access to th account and did it, change your account's password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If it doesn't show on your iTunes account(s) contact your card issuer

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account, Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11, menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If not then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
