Obviously nobody on here can 'correct' it, if the purchase shows on your iTunes account's purchase history change the account's password and contact iTunes Support via the emailed receipt or your purchase history
My above instructions were correct when I posted it over 3.5 years ago - unsurprisingly Apple have changed their website in the intervening period.

If you haven't already done so look at the purchase histories of all accounts linked to the card - if you don't know how to look at an account's purchase history read previous replies on this thread.
