I have a problem with Purchase, please help me

Hi, 3 days ago i purchased gems in Clash Of Clan ( its actualy a game, and I wrote an email, but they did not replyed to me). And the purchased item is steel not here. But today i reseaved Email from Apple that, purchase was sent to me. But i didnt received the gems. The Game Developers still not replying to my email. Whats the problem? I cant understand anything


p.s: Bad english 🙂

If the game developers have not responded, you should probably try contacting iTunes Store Support. See if they can help you out.

Tap on the link on the right under iTunes Store and you will be able to email them by choosing the appropriate category on the left side of that window,
