Help. I'm trying to print from my ipad3 mini to my wireless HP F4580 desk jet printer. Per Google, I downloaded HP ePrint but it is not picking up my printer. When trying to print an email, I'm getting an error message "no AirPrint printers found". Please advise what I am doing wrong

That is an old printer that does not support AirPrint. You have to print through the HP app you downloaded. Does your printer show there? You may have to register York printer at the HP ePrint center before you can print.
Thank you for your reply....Yes I checked the list and my HP printer is there - HP Deskjet F4580...however when I click on "tap here to select a printer" it's bring up 4500 Series....then asking me for a printer email address which I"m unable to locate
You have to set up that email address at the HP ePrint website I gave you. It identifies your printer on the internet so you can use the mobile printing app you downloaded. Just follow the instructions, its easy to do.
it is asking for a printer code.....
try another app like printdirect which should let you print to a non-airprint printer and see if that will print
failing that, have you also posted this in the HP forum?

It does not ask for your printer email but for your own email address..
Proivide your email and check your inbox, you will see there a confirmation code, enter this code into the app to verify its registration, then you may use the integrated email option of the app.

Try using your email address once again, if you may tried it yesterday try doing it again as the HP ePrint server was down for maintnance yesterday..
As well be sure to check the email was not wrongly sent to the spam folder.

One reason why you are having problems is that your printer is not supported by Airprint. Why not just get a true Airprint printer? There are many to choose from. See this list:
