Is Cloud the same than iCloud?

I find in my iMac (OS X 10.7.5) in System Preferences, Recent Items a blue cloud with the name Cloud. Is it iCloud?

Probably not, please post a screenshot so we may identify it.

The iCloud symbol is grey, see below:

If it looks like this it's Cloud (from Linebreak) and has nothing to do with Apple:
