Is Apple losing touch with user friendly?

We have ipod, ipod touch, iPads 1,2,3, iPhones and we went on holiday recently, we had to pack different chargers for each of these items. many years agao, Windows fans swithed to Mac because of its user friendly but I think Apple is losing out on this. Maybe the CEO doesn't use Apple products that much or he would know the frustration.

This can offer an explanation to Apple CEO Timothy Cook why Apple share had lost $200 of it's value since September 2012. He tried to make extra money by selling new charger and cable but the same time he lost customers to the friendlier made Korean products.

Apple stock fell because it decided to introduce a new charger format to its products? Seriously?
