Apple handles sales taxes when the app is purchased.
The buyer pays sales tax not the seller.

That's why we pay Apple 30%.
Not sales tax, but income reporting for income tax is your responsibility. Apple does not send W-2s. 8^)
Not a W-2, but maybe a 1099 (miscellaneous income) - are App Store applications considered merchandise or a service?
