why apple dont make IPen for the IPad ?

Hello everybody

i want to know why Apple dont make ipen for IPad it will be very nice that everyone can write direct to his ipad , i dont like Stylus it dont give me good feeling when i write , so may be one day we see that , i am apple fan , and i want to see this really , Samsung have make it with Galaxy note , why apple havent make it till now
