Apple technical support sucks. Can't even tell me how to hard reset my iPhone. I have to pay $300 to get an answer.

Can anyone tell me how to hard reset an iPhone? Thanks!

After a Google search for "Apple customer service," none of the results on the first page contain that number. They are mostly links to Apple's website or articles about Apple's support. Is there a reason you decided to forego these results?

I see. I was very upset with how that customer guy responded to me thinking it was Apple but since I've found people (you) helped with the issue I'm moving on.
