I'm thinking about using a mobile tool that requires private browsing to be turned off. Is the private browsing factory default for iPhones on or off? I tried finding the answer online but couldn't.

Thanks Meg! I understand they can always turn it on if they wish. May I ask how you know that the default is off? Is there any documentation that you know of?
