Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have downloaded an app "Private Photo Vault" by William Sidell, I have forgotten my password but I cannot find any way I can contact William Sidell so I can get tech support on how to recover or reset my password. Would you please guide me to the proper tech support address so I can get my password?

If you didn't backup your pin to email when first setting up the app, and you forget your pin, there is no way to recover your pin, and your photos/videos will be unrecoverable.
I forgot my private photo vault password . Cn i please get the app opened i need my pictures so please tell me how to recover my password . And i hav even off my sync to google... so please help to open my app .

To reset ''Private Photo Vault'' passwords - enter an incorrect password 8 times and you are prompted to have a password forwarded to your email registered at time of creating your account.

Ask the app developer. There should be a link to their support site on the app store.
It's not an Apple product. Apple does not provide support for 3rd party apps.

I don't see much in the way of support or contact information, though, other than a generic email on the About page.
But my guess is that the developer will have no way to recover or reset your password. Such a capability is often not present in an app; if there was some sort of "back door", the app wouldn't be every secure. If the Reset PIN doesn't work - bottom of the tutorials page here:

Thank you varjak paw for your help I do appreciate your efforts but that Rest Pin only works once you’re in the app.

I found it, finally!
I tried signing in many times with wrong passwords, untill I got a pop-up; 'would you like to send a recovery password to your email adress ********?'
It worked for me, I received an email a couple of minutes later :)
How many times did you try the wrong password? I am experiencing the same issue and have already hit 91 wrong attempts.
I tried about 20 times, with different passwords of which I knew they we're wrong, because I couldn't recall the right one.
Have you tried shutting down the app by clicking double on the home button, hold the icon of the app, and click the little red cross (or swipe it upwards in iOS7)? And then open it again, and try different passwords 🙂

I literally just had this problem today. You need to just keep entering wrong passwords and it will ask you to send an email for recovery. It worked, I just fixed mine 😉
Got to the screen where it says it will email me the password and the email address it lists is correct. HOWEVER... the email has NOT shown up and I've been trying for a few weeks. Now what...?!
Contact the developer. As has already been made clear, that is NOT an Apple product.
