My iphone five facetime isnt working. Ive checked restrictions and facetime is NOT restricted. I press activate and it takes forever and doesnt work. And ive tried using my apple id for facetime and it still doesnt work?

That's not my problem though.... I turn facetime/imessage on and it says waiting for activation and never activates...
