Time Capsule not functioning; reset not working, constant amber light and wifi not working????
Can't seem to get Time Capsule to work, is a constant amber light a power supply problem?

That reference was for a blinking amber, mine is constant amber. Any other thoughts?
Constant amber is almost always power supply problem and/or a hard disk failure. I assume that you have tried a full Factory Default Reset on the Time Capsule.
More info here on repairs if the Time Capsule is out of warranty.

What model TC is it.. how old?? Actual model number A1xxx from the rubber foot (or box if you still have it).
You listed a gen3 AEBS in profile but not the TC.
Dead disk is normally the issue for solid amber.. but I would power it off.. leave off for a few hours until fully cooled down and power on again.
Remove hdd if out of warranty.. and it should then start up.
Apple Store Genius Bar stumped, so they swapped me a new Time Capsule unit...back in the saddle. Thank you.
