Can't print with canon LBP3250 10.8.2 and CAPT v3.55
I did everything I could read on other topics and it doesn't work for me?

I am not denying you have a problem. I'm just saying that the driver is working for me and others on 10.8.2.
As for suggestions;
Do you have third party utilities, like Little Snitch, on this Mac?
What non-Apple applications do you have?
Was this Mac an upgrade from 10.6/10.7?
Can you provide the LBP5050n information shown in System Information > Printers.
Is the ccpd.conf file still showing the same information that you showed previously?
Is the CUPS error log still referring to the connection being refused to the CCPD folder?
Is the printer set to DHCP or does it use a static address?
If the printer is using DHCP, what is the lease renewal time set to?
Previously when you got it to work for half a day, what happened for it to stop working?

This is the driver for Canon LBP 3250 for Mac.
I installed it -> solved my problem already.
