I recently got a new ipod touch for my birthday and I have an old nano filled with all my favorite music, but I never made an account for my nano and most of the music came from CD's or friends not from the itunes store, how do I transfer all the music from my nano onto my touch?

Surely then, all the music is in your iTunes Library, from which the nano was loaded? Simply connect the Touch to the same Library.
Copy the music from the Nano to the computer and then to the iPod touch

Thanks for the help, I ended up downloading a program called touch copy11 which copied all the music from my nano into itunes
