App Store problem - blank update screen iPhone 5

Me im just waiting also....i dont want to restore my settings, i think the problem is in the App Store itself not on our iphones.....Maybe everyone complaining from USA should call the Apple Hotline Number, so they aware.

Same problem for me, for 4 days now.

Tried almost everything (reboot, logout, kill App, disable automatic clock), nothing worked.

I also think the problem comes from the App Store itself, we probably cannot anything about it.

Same here and I am not in the US. Hope this problem resolves soon, not happy with apps not updating...

I too have had this problem since Friday. I have an iPhone 4S with iOS 6.0.1. I have tried signing out/in of the App Store, rolling the date ahead a year, and hard resets. Nothing has fixed it for me making me think this is on Apple's end. This along with my music randomly cutting off during playback is making wonder.

Same here. It started on 1/25. I took my phone to local Apple Genius. They reset the phone setting which cleared the notification but it came back after a little while. I reset it again myself which gave me the same outcome--notification disappears at first but comes back after a little while. Hope this gets fixed soon.

iPhone 5 iOS6.0.2

It didn't work for me a few days ago, and then started to work again, and then few hours later it stopped working again, and then the next day started working again and has worked for the past 2 days. So it seems like it's definitely an App Store issue and nothing really you can do about it until Apple fixes it once and for all.

Just updated to IOS 6.1 and I am fixed! Whohoo.

I eventually got this to work - I changed the time, closed and then hit the App Store (which gave an error) which then gave me a different count of missing updates. After that I signed out of the AppStore/iTunes and then closed and reopened AppStore. At that point it showed me the items remaining, and had me log in when I hit update. That worked.

Thanks for the heads-up on IOS 6.1. Just finished updating my iPhone and everything cleared up.

I tried updating to 6.1 but the update failed and my phone was put into recovery mode and was told to plug into iTunes and restore. Fortunately I have my laptop and can do that, but others may not be able to, so don't take the risk of upgrading until you have access to iTunes.

iOS 6.1 fixed the problem for good. The update now shows the apps to be updated. Thanks for the headsup on iOS6.1!!
