Upgraded to Snow Leopard and now I can't print using ethernet.

Did you repair permissions and restarted your computer after you installed the drivers?

Go to applications>utililities>disk utility, select your user disk (usually Mac HD, unless you renamed it) highlight it, click repair permissions.

Try this, as you have said you have the latest drivers. Go to system preferences>print/fax, highlight the offending printer in the left column, click the minus button. Now click the plus button and select your printer from the list, select make this m ydefault printer. reboot, then try printing, we just recreated the print acct. Hope this helps, as you have green lights. Try this first, then if we need to we'll get into the screen shot stuff. Try to find out what the Brother CPD model number is, as I bet this where there problem is, and I'ii step you thru this (or the name and model number of the Gutenprint drivers are called, this is the key), I'ii try to get back to as soon as I can. We can make this work!

That's why my last email asked for the Brother name and model, you have the Euro sales name. What is the actual driver name. Once you have that, following the instructions will be easy and it should be good to go. (Lost in translation:)

Is it a Brother CDP 8060? If it is, what OSX are you using? What language? I will find it and send you the link you need.

Best to install from Safe Boot. Hold Shift down at startup chime. Will take much longer than a regular boot.
