I woke up this morning and my iPhone 5s stopped working too. I called support and I was told to connect the phone to iTunes and restore the phone - connect phone to iTunes, press power AND home button until you see the "iTunes and charge" icons and just do what it says onscreen. hopefully you've backed up the phone prior to it not working.
