tried to download an ap thru google, told to go to French store. Now cannot get back to English.

This goes to the first question I adked. The GOOGLE page told me to download ap from a French site. I went to the French page (don't adk me how) and now the French have sneaked into my ipad. Need to get back to US. Anyone help on this one?
