Vat Switzerland
I am a student in Germany and have a trip to Switzerland ahead of me, is it anyhow possible that I can get the student discount as well as the VAT back when I leave Switzerland? I am thinking of buying a macbook pro

Although if your home country is Germany, and you are just going to Switzerland, I think they are both EU member nations. That could make matters easier. Double check what the rules are on import between EU members.
Buying overseas is tricky, as often you have to make claims when you cross the border. Buying in your home country is probably best. Apple's machines all support universal power. You just need the correct power adapter connector without a fuse to adjust to the power of the country you are visiting.
Switzerland is not an EU country, that's why I think I can get VAT back. When I shop in France, and get back to Germany it is not possible, because there is essentially no borders.
I'm not sure you have that right, but this is hardly the place to be asking about local taxes; you need your local government website.
FWIW, my understanding would be that you don't pay VAT in Switzerland, but you would pay VAT on importing it to Germany, so you gain nothing unless the Mac itself is cheaper in Switzerland.
