How to turn off OSX Dock's Single-App Mode? Accidentally Enabled.

So i must have accidentally disabled OSX's single-app mode in the Dock.

Basically, only one app is allowed to be active in any space at any time. Whenever i switch applications in any way, all other applications are minimized and ONLY the active app is on the screen. This makes multiple monitors pointless and is destroying my productivity.

I have seen articles and discussions where you can enable/disable this through the command line, but it has no effect for me. So this may not be related to this feature of the OSX Dock "single-app mode". But i can't find anything else that matches this description in the system preferences or online.

In this description of the command, it says it's the equivalent of Finder's "hide all others" command.

To Enable:

defaults write com.apple.dock single-app -bool true

killall Dock

To Disable:

defaults write com.apple.dock single-app

killall Dock

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Never mind. I found it it was due to a default setting in Quicksilver, which i just recently installed. This other question solved my problem:

I searched a while and couldn't find anything to match my problem on the forums. However, i wasn't sure what terms to use to describe my problem because they are all generic.
