Help, mac os gone, only windows can boot.

Hi,

I was running Mac osx mountain lion and windows 7 on bootcamp on a macbook pro retina. After having a small error with my partitions and made my windows to do a disk checking i can only see now Windows in boot. My mac hd and mac recovery aren't there. How can i make a

recovery disk assistant work on windows or how can i install mac os back. I don't own any other macs and i don't have a super drive. I need to make an usb to install mac again but i don't know how to do it. Please help. Thanks.

Press Alt key while your Mac is starting to see your volumes, and select Macintosh HD to start into OS X.

If you don't see it, press Command, Option and R keys while your Mac is starting and reinstall OS X on the OS X partition. You won't lose any file reinstalling OS X
