Can't update to iOS 6.1!

Hi all. I can't update to iOS 6.1! The update has downloaded, but every time I try to install it, I get the message saying: "Unable to verify update. iOS 6.1 failed verification because you are no longer connected to the Internet". I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET! I freaking can't update now! If it helps, I'm trying to update on my iPod Touch 5th Generation, which is currently on iOS 6.0.1.

Ipad3 and Ipod Touch 4g would only update OTA...Refuse To Update 4S OTA...Why iTunes wont update properly...
