Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I want to download the AddBlock extension for Safari ^ off of the apple website, but every time I try to download I get the same error message which says, "Safari can't download the extension." I have tried completely quitting Safari and re-downloading, but nothing is working. Anyone have any insight?

Can you download anything? What about other extensions?
Nothing, I get the same message for every extension. I have downloaded other stuff, like java and whatnot, but the extensions will not download.

You mean it wasn't writable before you changed it? And no, it shouldn't be locked.
